Painful menstruation – what to do?
Menstruation is a definite part of the female body’s menstrual cycle. During menstruation, women experience bleeding, which is triggered by the rejection of the uterine lining. The first day of menstruation is considered the beginning of the menstrual cycle.
The composition of the menstrual blood includes a set of enzymes, for this reason it has a darker color and does not clot. The absence of menarche (menstruation) is normally observed during pregnancy and lactation.
